Journey to Fitness


Becoming the best version of myself. I guess you can say i'm starting my new years resolution early. I signed up for a 24 hour martial arts gym. I feel like I found a gym that is my style. I have access whenever I need and it has the convenience of punching bags, speed bags and wrestling mats. Follow me on this journey its gonna be a good time.


Episode 1:

Goals: Cardio - Form - Resistance training

Why: I don't want to get tired walking up stairs or after doing brief sprints. I also want to make sure my whole body is limber and I feel that running helps "shock" my entire body to know its time to get in shape.
